Summary – Character Strengths

It is also important to be aware of the shadow side of your character strengths. This will help you increase the effectiveness of your strengths by modulating when and how you access and implement them in various situations.

Whenever possible, notice the strengths you use as you continue to develop as an educator. You may have character strengths you didn’t know you had.
