Description
Students explore engineering through designing and creating a solution for a problem. After reading Five Little Pumpkins by Tiger Tales, students will be prompted to design and build a gate that the five little pumpkins won’t roll off of. The major goal of this unit is for students to understand what an engineer is, how to use the engineering design process, and how to face problems and construct possible solutions.
