Description
This unit was planned but not field-tested. In this unit Kindergarten students explore Force and Motion with an emphasis on pushes and pulls. Students participate in a series of engaging hands-on activities to help them discover the pushes and pulls that we encounter in our daily lives. Students work in parent and teacher led exploration stations to learn about different types of pushes and pulls. Students demonstrate their knowledge of force, motion, pushes and pulls by participating in a life sized board game where they have to help their Gingerbread Kid from being eaten by using pushes, pulls and answering trivia questions!
